Established in 2019 in loving memory of our daughter Addilyn Joelle, Addi Jo’s Footprints is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting families of children with special needs. Born prematurely at 34 weeks with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS), Addi Jo faced numerous challenges, from weekly therapies to hearing impairment and the need for a feeding tube.
As parents, we intimately understand the financial strains special needs families endure—unexpected medical bills, limited insurance coverage, and the daunting costs of essential equipment and therapies. Our journey led us to create Addi Jo’s Footprints, a beacon of support for families facing similar challenges.
