Thank you for your interest in Addi Jo’s Footprints CdLS Conference Sponsorship Program. At this time, we are not accepting new applications. We appreciate the enthusiasm and dedication of families looking to attend the CdLS conference with our support.

Our nonprofit is dedicated to honoring the memory of our beloved daughter, Addilyn Joelle. One of the ways we cherish her legacy is by sponsoring a family to attend the biennial CdLS conference. Recognizing the financial challenges families may face, we provide a $3,000 award to assist with travel expenses, covering airfare, gas, food, room and board, and conference fees.

Application Details:

Open to Residents: US and Canada
Priority: Given to first-time conference attendees

Next Steps: Our board convenes regularly to review applications and cast their votes. The selected family will be announced in due course.
